WHY SITE WORK DECIDES THE SCHEDULE
On a data center job, every trade waits on the pad.
Vertical work cannot start until the site is ready. When the dirt contractor brokers out the trucks, waits on a sub for drainage and hands over a pad that misses grade, everyone behind them waits too. The schedule slips before the building is even started.
We self perform the civil scope and run our own dump trucks. The crews moving dirt, setting drainage and hauling material all answer to one schedule and one point of contact.
SCOPE
What we self perform on large sites
Clearing, Grubbing and Demolition
Large tracts cleared, existing structures removed and debris hauled off on our own trucks.
Mass Grading and Excavation
Cut, fill, subgrade preparation and compaction for building pads, equipment yards, parking and laydown areas.
Drainage, Storm Water and Erosion Control
Ditching, culverts, storm water management, matting and stabilization, so the site holds up through wet weather and inspections.
Access Roads, Haul Roads and Laydown
Roads and laydown yards built to carry loaded trucks and heavy equipment for the whole build, not just the first month.
Concrete Pads and Foundations
Equipment pads, foundations and secondary containment structures.
Aggregate In, Spoil Out
Our own dump trucks bring in rock and base and haul spoil out, with tickets tracked load by load.
Rail Spurs, If the Site Needs One
When a site will be served by rail, we build the spur on the same schedule as the grade. Same contractor, same crews.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you subcontract the dirt work or the trucking?
No. Our equipment, our operators, our trucks.
Can you work on a site that already has other trades on it?

Will you work nights or weekends to hold the schedule?
Yes. Say so early and it goes into the plan and the price.
Can you handle hauling on its own, without the grading?
Yes. Our dump trucks run aggregate in and spoil out for other contractors’ sites too.
Where do you work?
We’re based in Southaven, MS and serve the surrounding states. Send us the location and we’ll tell you right away if it’s in range.
