What the work is
This is field work. Some of it is scheduled and some of it starts with a phone call at two in the morning. Crews travel, crews work weather, and crews get paid for it. If you want a predictable desk, this is not that. If you want hours, per diem and a company that pays on time, keep reading.
What we look for
Show up, work safe, tell the truth about what happened. Experience in rail, heavy civil, hauling or environmental response helps, and a CDL helps more, but the crew leaders we have now mostly started without either.
