Track Inspection, Repair and Surfacing That Keeps Your Cars Moving.

Scheduled maintenance and call out repair for private and industrial track, so a bad joint never becomes a derailment. Scheduled inspections, tie and rail replacement, and surfacing work keep track in FRA-compliant condition between major capital projects.

Schedule an Inspection
Why this matters

Almost every in plant derailment was in a report first

When a car goes on the ground inside a facility, the cause is rarely a surprise. It is usually visible in an inspection report from months earlier, sitting on somebody’s desk with no crew attached to it. The gap is not knowledge, it is action, and it exists because inspection and repair are usually two different vendors and two different budget conversations.

We do both. We inspect, we tell you plainly what is urgent and what can wait a season, and then we bring the crew that fixes it.

What we do

01

Inspections and written reports

Walking inspections with photographs, findings and a prioritized repair list, written so a plant manager can act on it and a budget owner can approve it.

02

Tie replacement

Spot replacement or programmed tie work, including in plant track where access is tight and production is live.

03

Surfacing, lining and alignment

Tamping, lining and surfacing to correct geometry before it becomes a derailment risk.

04

Switch and turnout repair

Repair, adjustment and replacement of switches, points and frogs, which are where a disproportionate share of plant incidents originate.

05

Rail and joint replacement

Rail changeouts, joint repair, bonding and defect remediation.

06

Right of way clearing

Vegetation control, drainage cleaning and access maintenance, so the track can be inspected and reached.

07

Call out repair

When something breaks and a car cannot move, we mobilize, including after hours.

Why it pays

Why this is the cheapest work we do for you

A programmed tie and surfacing cycle costs a fraction of a derailment, and a derailment inside a facility carries costs that never appear on the repair invoice: lost production, an incident report, an insurer, and in some cases a regulator. Clients who put us on a maintenance schedule call our emergency line far less often, which is the outcome everyone wants.
